Shipping and delivery
The delivery is made by our own delivery team or our respective courier service partners.
Delivery fees are detailed as follows: For mattress purchases under RM2500, a RM200 fee applies, while orders above RM2500 are delivered for free. Accessory deliveries incur a RM10 charge.
We currently only deliver to West Malaysia, utilizing our in-house delivery team to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently.

To initiate a mattress return due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, report the issue to us. We will then schedule a site inspection, which incurs an RM80 fee, refundable if a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Based on the inspection’s outcome, we will decide whether to repair or replace your mattress. Please note, transportation costs for repair or replacement will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
